AMH: A pre-U student's life

Yesterday i wasted some hours of my life by sleeping the whole day. haha. so as for today... my main activity is

not for belayar but for the upcoming OGDC Science Camp. 5 days 4 nights, a day longer than last year's. time went so fast eh? still can feel the day i set my foot on the camp last year like it was yesterday. haha. so far i had packed my clothings and snacks


there are things in the list that i dont have, e.g. Bag. so i went with my bapak to the store specialised in camping matters at Kiulap to buy some of the items. really cool shop. so i bought bag, torch light(with coloured lenses. cool!), sports shoes and insect repellant.


There it is. i'll continue packing it tomorrow since i'll be at my cousin's house after shopping.

I think it's raining season masa ni, and that's a terrible situation. haha so far both camps i joined last year, rain poured down heavily, and my tents were flooded. yeap i slept with my bodfy partially submerged in water. haha. i hope tere'll be no rain for this time :D


i observed that from some people, wait... MANY people said (thru msn, percakapan n blogs) that Add. Math paper 1 was hard and paper 2 was way too easy. this makes me think that the grade's marks would increase :S. i just hope it will not though.


friction does sometimes can be a nuisance. i have this bruise on my little finger. reason: terlampau laju Tremolo Picking on guitar. haha. i was mastering the song Stratosphere by Stratovarius which nearly the entire of the song uses Tremolo Picking technique and i always had my pinky laid on the body of the guitar while Tremolo Picking. so the outcome, paham2 sja. haha






Gibson is about to release their so-called "most technological advanced" guitar this December. Gibson Dark Fire, a Les Paul design and installed with Robot guitar technology(which can tune the guitar automatically. cool!) and some other technologies, will only be available in 4000 units only worldwide and only be sold at select stores only, with each stores having 10 units. meaning only 400 shops worldwide will be selling this beauty. price is USD3,500. ahah quite insane price i should say. if only i have much money... haha. yeah the guitar really looks awesome.


i found this article at Gibson website, and i just found out that Gibson guitars were also counterfeited by those *#$%# Chinese companies. Of course most of the counterfeited one were Les Paul design. So Gibson took an action to inform their customers on how to spot the fake one.


How to spot it?
- at the headstock, check if it has two screws. if more or less than that, it's a fake one
- take note of the truss rod cover
- carefully check the logo, if it's crooked or not
- it's slightly different in size than the original one
- the neck should be slanting downwards at the point it connects to the headstock. fake one will be straight
